This patient, 61 years old, underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift combined with an upper blepharoplasty performed by Cody Koch, MD, PhD. The deep plane facelift addresses tissue at a deeper anatomical level than a standard facelift, repositioning underlying facial structures along with skin. The upper blepharoplasty involved removing tissue from the upper eyelids.
