Eyelid Surgery (Lower, Under Eyes) Before & After Case 659

Our patient, 67, received a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) by Dr. Cody Koch of Koch & Carlisle Plastic Surgery & Spa.

Eyelid surgery is designed to remove or reposition excess fat and skin that may lead to puffiness or shadows beneath the eyes. This patient’s procedure addressed both the under-eye region and the upper eyelids, creating a more rested and refreshed appearance while preserving her natural facial character. 

The results shown in the photos above reflect subtle yet important changes that meet this patient’s goals. Her under-eye area appears smoother and less prominent, and the upper eyelids present a more open contour. These improvements provided a noticeable benefit to her overall expression.
