Eyelid Surgery (Lower, Under Eyes) Before & After Case 667

This patient, 46, underwent lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to address the under-eye area. Fat transfer involves repositioning or adding fat to the under-eye region to address volume loss in that area.

The after photos show a reduction in the shadowing beneath the eyes and a smoother transition from the lower lid to the cheek. Our patient is thrilled with her results!
