A breast lift repositions the nipple and reshapes the breast mound, while augmentation adds implant volume beneath the tissue. In the after photos, the nipples sit at a higher position on the chest, the breast mound has a rounder contour, and upper pole fullness is noticeably increased compared to the before images. Both the frontal and lateral views show a more projected profile.
