Case Details
Our patient, 37, who underwent a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck after a 130-pound weight loss. Like many individuals who lose a significant amount of weight, she experienced excess skin and changes in abdominal contour that could not be addressed with exercise alone.
The procedure involved both vertical and horizontal incisions, which enable greater skin removal and contouring after massive weight loss. Her after photos, taken six months post-surgery, show a well-healed vertical scar that is not readily visible.
