Karli Funke, Clinical Aesthetician

Karli is a licensed aesthetician with 9 years of experience, and it is her passion and goal to make every patient feel heard, comfortable, and beautiful. Her goal is to educate, have fun and let the results speak for themselves.

Skincare is a journey that requires time and consistency, and she is here to guide you along the way. She truly cares about results and wants every patient to feel empowered and confident in their own skin.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She is also a huge fan of health and wellness, cooking, and anything on Bravo.

Briawna King, Clinical Aesthetician

With over a decade of experience as a makeup artist and 5 years as a licensed aesthetician, Briawna has dedicated her career to enhancing natural beauty. Having personally navigated the challenges of acne, she deeply understands the importance of healthy skin and the science of skincare, fueling her passion for helping others. She welcomes all patients and will meet you where you are to provide personalized and comprehensive care for your unique needs. 

Emily Lahart, Clinical Aesthetician

Emily has been a licensed aesthetician since 2007. She has spent most of her career in the medical side of aesthetics. She has spent the majority of that time in plastic surgery and 3 years in dermatology. She has found her home at Koch & Carlisle Plastic Surgery & Spa.

Laser skin treatments are her passion. She loves being able to make noticeable changes in her patient’s skin. She loves the confidence it brings them. She also has a passion for treating melasma and rosacea. Overall anti-aging is where she thrives. She loves to develop customized treatment plans and help patients achieve their goals. 

She is a mom to three busy boys and a bonus daughter. There is never a dull moment with them. Watching her kids grow and change is one of the greatest joys of her life. She is lucky enough to spend her life with her better half. They also have one spoiled kitty that they all adore, Binx. 

Allison Rasmus-Staudt, Clinical Aesthetician

Allison Staudt is a highly skilled and experienced aesthetician with a passion in skin care and clinical esthetics. With years of experience in the field, Allison specializes in a wide range of skin treatments that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. 

Allison graduated from PCI Academy in Ames, with advanced training at The Laser Institute in Texas, and holds as a CoolSculpting® specialist.  She ensures the highest quality of care and professionalism with a deep understanding of skin health and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest advancements. Allison is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best skin ever! From facials to microneedling to laser treatments and skin tightening, Allison is well versed in a variety of skin care techniques that can help address a range of concerns including acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation. 

Ellen Weber, Clinical Aesthetician

Ellen has been in the skincare industry for over two decades now and has practiced at Koch & Carlisle Plastic Surgery & Spa for over 12 years. Over the years, she has received advanced training and certification with many laser devices including Sciton® and Cutera® lasers; she is trained to perform microneedling and RF microneedling, and many other esthetic and facial treatments. Her goal is always to deliver an exceptional outcome. 

She loves helping with all skin care issues and concerns, but especially rosacea, melasma and anti-aging. She is strategic in customizing her patients’ plans to achieve safe, fast and effective results, but more importantly she values listening to their needs, getting to know them, and delivering the best outcome possible. 

She loves building authentic relationships with her patients and bringing laughter and a sense of fun to each appointment. Her favorite moment is when she sees confidence, joy and increased self-esteem as a result of progress and time together. They are smiling from the inside out!

She enjoys a big life of love outside of her esthetic practice as well. She enjoys traveling, staying healthy and active with hiking, tennis, and pickleball. Her favorite passion is being with her family and friends, especially her four sons and daughters-in-law and grandkids. Life just keeps getting better!
