What happens if I don’t use all of my benefits before my membership expires?

If you do not use your benefits, they do not carry over at the end of the year.

Can I gift my membership to someone else?

Membership cannot be transferred; the benefits are for the enrolled patient exclusively. Membership makes a great gift, however, when purchased for and gifted to another patient in his/her name.

When does my membership start and end?

Membership starts the day of purchase and is valid for one year from the purchase date.

Can I double up on promotions?

GLOW Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers; however, Allē rewards will be earned and can be used toward qualifying products and treatments outside the membership benefits listed above (these benefits are already generously discounted through the GLOW Membership program).
